Make-up policy:

     Student who misses a midterm or the final exam with a valid and documented excuse is entitled to take a make-up exam subject to the approval of the instructor.

The purpose of the make-up exam is to give the student a chance to make up for the missed exam without putting the students who took the regular exam at a disadvantage. The make-up exam takes place after the final exam, covers the material of midterm and final exams. Only one missed Midterm Exam can be made up. Although the make-up exam takes place at the end of the semester, the student is expected to contact the instructor by phone or email as soon as possible.

     There is no make-up for quizzes.  A missed quiz can not be made up.
