    • Title: Allee Effects on Discrete Dynamical Systems

    • Abstract:
      In biomathematics, the classical relationship between individual fitness and density is negative because of limited capacity and intra-specific competition. However, classical approach is lacking a crucial component : cooperation . When cooperation is taken into consideration, at low population density there is a causal positive relationship, which is called Allee Effect. The aim of this talk is to introduce the biological phenomenon Allee Effect and apply it to two species discrete time prey-predator model. In this presentation, model derivation and the stability analysis of equilibrium points with and without Allee Effect will be given.
